1. Special Terms & Conditions for purchases from the Island Dynamics Shop:
1.1 Stock: If you purchase an item or product from this site, and the chosen item or product is unavailable, you will be contacted by e-mail. We, via PayPal, obtain credit card/debit card authorisation when we receive your order, and  your card will be debited for items or products that are in stock, subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the ordered items or products, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with a full refund for any payment we have received for these items or products.
1.2 Pricing: All items and products on the site are priced in Pounds Sterling (£) and include any applicable VAT. Further duties or local taxes may be payable by the purchaser at the applicable local rate. Although we seek to ensure that all items and products on the site are priced accurately, errors may occur. If we discover such a price error in items or products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, allowing you to either cancel the order or reconfirm it at the correct price. In the event that you cancel but have already paid for the items or products, we will provide you with a full refund.
1.3 Delivery: We seek to deliver items and products in stock as quickly as possible. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period of time, please e-mail website@islanddynamics.org, including your name, e-mail address, order number, and order details.
1.4 Returns Policy: Items or products can be returned in unused and original condition for a full refund within seven days of receipt. In this event, e-mail website@islanddynamics.org, including your name, e-mail address, order number, order details, and reason for return. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (with the deduction where appropriate of any delivery charge paid).
1.5 Cancellation Policy: In compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations, and subject to the above returns policy, customers possess the right to cancel their orders within seven days of receiving ordered items or products. For intangible products (such as conference registrations and related services), partial refunds may be available after these seven days have expired.
