1. Special Terms & Conditions for use of the Island Dynamics forums:
· Only registered users may create topics or post replies in the Island Dynamics forums. Should you register as a user of these forums, you agree to designate your own given name (or nickname) and surname as your username. If your e-mail address cannot be verified as belonging to individual designated by the username, your account will be terminated without notice. By registering for the forums, you agree to have your name and e-mail added to the Island Dynamics mailing list.
· You agree not to submit or hyperlink to material or use of language that is defamatory, abusive, vulgar, or in violation of any UK law. Should you engage in personal attacks, inflammatory language, harassment, and use of multiple accounts, this may result in your account(s) being terminated without notice.
· The posting of commercial advertising is considered inappropriate without Island Dynamics’s prior consent. Commercial advertising will be removed without notice, and the offending account will be terminated.
· You may not submit any copyright material unless the copyright is owned by you, or you have consent from the copyright owner. The author or copyright holder retains copyright over the content submitted to the Island Dynamics forums. Submission of content to the Island Dynamics forums grants Island Dynamics a non-exclusive republishing right perpetuity.
· Island Dynamics has no means of confirming the validity of content submitted to the forums and are not responsible for its accuracy. Content presented in the forums expresses the views of the author, not of Island Dynamics.
· Island Dynamics moderators reserve the right to remove without notice any content or hyperlinks that they deem inappropriate, in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or in conflict with Island Dynamics’s core values.
· If you feel that any content or hyperlink on this website is in breach of these Terms & Conditions, please notify Island Dynamics immediately by e-mailing them at website@islanddynamics.org. Note, however, that any removal of content or termination of accounts takes place manually, so the response might not be immediate.
· Island Dynamics reserves the right to terminate any user’s account without notice and for whatever reason. A user whose account has been terminated and who later creates a new account might be subject to further action.
