Registration.

Registration takes place in the Island Dynamics Online Store.

The early Full Registration rate is £300 (Standard) and £250 (Students & Independent Scholars). After 1 June 2012, registration rates will rise to £500 (Standard) and £300 (Students & Unemployed). The final deadline for registration by conference presenters is 1 August 2012.

Full Registration includes entrance to all conference presentations, refreshments during breaks in the conference, and a three-course pre-conference dinner at Brasseri Nansen on 14 January 2013.

Venue and accommodation.

The conference venue is the Radisson Blu Polar Hotel. The hotel is also the site of the gourmet Brasseri Nansen and the laid-back Barentz Pub & Eatery. Please book your accommodation via the dedicated accommodation-booking website. The special rates end on 1 November 2012.

Special accommodation rates are available for conference delegates:

• Single Room: 595 Norwegian kroner per night

• Double Room: 790 Norwegian kroner per night

• Superior Room Upgrade: 200 Norwegian kroner per night.

All prices include breakfast and wireless internet.

Room booking for the conference will open in February 2012.
